God
I believe in one true God, eternally existing in three persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—co-equal, co-eternal, and sovereign over all creation. (Matthew 28:19, 2 Corinthians 13:14)
Jesus Christ
I believe Jesus Christ is fully God and was fully man, conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He lived a sinless life, was crucified for our sins, rose bodily from the dead on the third day, ascended into heaven, and will return in glory again at the end of the age. (John 1:1-14, Philippians 2:5-11, 1 Corinthians 15:3-4)
The Holy Spirit
I believe in the Holy Spirit, who indwells and empowers believers for godly living, spiritual growth, and fulfilling God’s will. The Holy Spirit convicts, teaches, and comforts, sealing us for the day of redemption. (John 14:16-17, Acts 1:8, Ephesians 1:13-14)
The Bible
I believe that the Bible is the inspired, inerrant, and authoritative Word of God, sufficient for faith and practice. It is the ultimate standard by which I live and discern truth. (2 Timothy 3:16-17, Hebrews 4:12)
Salvation
I believe that salvation is by grace, faith, and Christ alone. No human effort or good works can earn salvation; it is a gift from God, received through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ. (Ephesians 2:8-9, Romans 10:9-10)
The Church
I believe in the global body of Christ, consisting of all true believers, called to live in fellowship, serve one another, and proclaim the Gospel. I affirm the importance of gathering together for worship, prayer, and spiritual growth. (Acts 2:42-47, Hebrews 10:24-25)
The Christian Life
I believe that followers of Christ are called to live holy and transformed lives, submitting to God’s will and growing in faith through prayer, Scripture, and the power of the Holy Spirit. I am called to love others, pursue justice, and reflect Christ in all I do. (Romans 12:1-2, Galatians 5:22-23, Micah 6:8)
The Return of Christ
I believe in the visible, personal return of Jesus Christ to establish His Kingdom on this earth and judge the living and the dead. Believers will dwell with Him eternally in the new heavens and new earth, while those who reject Him will face eternal separation. (Matthew 24:30-31, 2 Corinthians 5:10, Revelation 21:1-4)
